Overview
Problem
Student-athletes juggle classes, training, and travel, on top of the constant pressure to perform. Balancing academics, athletics, and personal life often leads to burnout, missed events, and disconnection from teammates. Generic planners and chat apps fail to support their needs, forcing athletes to manage multiple tools just to stay organised and motivated.
What is Mindset?
Mindset is a productivity and wellness app designed specifically for student-athletes. It unifies scheduling, communication, and mood tracking in one supportive space, helping users stay organised, consistent, and connected both on and off the field.
Our Goals
Mindset aims to bring clarity and connection back to team life by simplifying coordination, building consistency through motivation, and supporting mental well-being through quick check-ins and shared encouragement.

Development
Mood Log
This flow shows how Thomas quickly checks in with his mood. The design keeps the process simple so it never feels like another task. After logging how he feels, he gets an immediate view of streaks and weekly trends to help him stay consistent and grounded.
Change Schedule
This flow walks through how Maya manages her busy schedule. She adds an event, adjusts details, and resolves a conflict with minimal steps. Everything is built to reduce stress and help her keep overlapping plans organised.
Peer Connect
This flow shows how Leo reconnects with peers during recovery. He opens messages, finds a teammate, and sends a quick check in. The experience gives him an easy way to regain support and motivation when he feels isolated.
